Luis was part of the team of co-creators of the international best-seller Business Model Generation, and responsible for the foreword in the Brazilian version.

Guest strategy and innovation professor at Fundação Dom Cabral (FDC), FIA (USP) and FGV (Fundação Getúlio Vargas). International speaker, in two occasions he participated in the Balanced Scorecard Summit (Peru and Chile), speaker at the International Seminar – The Future of Innovation and at the Congresso Internacional da Qualidade (PGQP)/RS.

Author of the article “Co-Creating a New Value Proposition at Real Tokio Marine Vida e Previdência” – published in the Balanced Scorecard Report, international publication edited by Harvard Business School Publishing. Saulo Bonassi

Partner at Nodal Consultoria and management consultant with more than 15 years of experience, Saulo has led engagements in a large number of organizations in multiple industries.

Co-author of the book Strategy of Activists: How professionals think and act who make strategy happen in organizations, Elsevier, (2011). He is a contributor of the book Management Strategy: Experiences and Lessons of Brazilian Companies, Elsevier, (2005). Responsible for technical review of the book into Portuguese: Business Model Generation AltaBooks (2011).

As a professor at different business schools, he runs different courses related to strategy.

He was managing partner of Symnetics consulting, where he worked on projects on Strategy and Balanced Scorecard in different countries within the region. He was also responsible for the Education unit, coordinating courses open to the public, as well as in company, leading the Practice Communities and helping the Strategy Execution Summit happen. He also launched and coordinated the CGE – Community of Management and Strategy, and in Chile he was a manager helping that operation establish itself.

Before consultancy, he worked at Shell in sales planning and White Martins in logistics and distribution.

Guest strategy and performance management professor in business schools in Brazil, specifically at Fundação Dom Cabral (FDC), FIA (USP) and FranklinCovey. Inernational speaker at different events, such as Business Model Generation (Dubai, 2013); Balanced Scorecard Certification Program (London and Abu Dhabi, 2009); Balanced Scorecard Summit (Madrid, 2008 and Barcelona, 2009).

Fluent in Spanish, English and Portuguese, Germán has relevant intertational experience with projects in countries such as: Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Luxembourg, Mexico, Portugal, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Spain, Turkey, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom and the United States.

Germán has a degree in Political Science from Universidad de los Andes (Colombia) and a course in Finances from Universidade de São Paulo (Brazil).

Professor of Corporate Strategy for graduate and under graduate programs at FGV-EASP.

Author of “Herdeiro para Herdeiro: Como se preparar para ampliar e perpetuar os negócios de sua família, Editora Gente (2010). Co-author of Gestão em Saúde, Ge, (2011). Responsible for the technical revision of Strategic Management and Competitive Advantage, Pearson (2011). He has also published several articles in scientific journals and in national and international seminars on Corporate Strategy.

PhD and Master in Business Administration (FGV-EASP) with emphasis on Corporate Strategy, and a B.A. in business in the same institution.

Daniel Saad

Partner of Nodal Consultoria, graduated in Electrical Engineering at UNICAMP, with an year of study at the Ecole Nationale Supérieure d’Arts et Métiers (France).

He has worked for more than 10 years as a strategy and innovation consultant helping large organizations such as Natura, Promon, Votorantim, Fibria, Saint-Gobain, Basf, Bosch, Whirlpool, Braskem, Suzano, Kimberly Clark, Petrobras, Rhodia, Siemens, Usiminas and Inhotim to design future planning and to develop new business and offers.

He worked as specialist in innovation ecosystem development projects with MCTIC, ABDI, Sebrae, ANPEI, among other actors of the Brazilian innovation system.

Participates as a mentor and facilitator in initiatives related to startups and entrepreneurship such as: Startup Farm, Brazil Challenge and Tropos Lab.

He is coordinator of the MBA in Business Innovation at FIAP.
